Séamus Power has dropped back to a tie for 29th heading into the final round in Texas.
Séamus Power endured a difficult third round at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson in Texas after carding a level-par 71 overnight.
The Waterford golfer had started the day tied for 12th following an impressive bogey-free 65 on Friday, but slipped back to a share of 29th on 11-under-par overall.
Power mixed four birdies with four bogeys during a frustrating round at TPC Craig Ranch, although he finished strongly with birdies on his final two holes.
South Korea's Si Woo Kim continues to lead the tournament on 21-under, but his advantage has been cut to two shots by world number one Scottie Scheffler and Wyndham Clark.
Power goes into Sunday's final round 10 shots off the lead.
