Republic of Ireland Women's Team Beat France In Pairc Ui Chaoimh Last Night

The Republic of Ireland women's team will be seeded for the European Championship play offs after beating France 3-1 in their final group game at Pairc Ui Chaoimh last night.

Denise O'Sullivan, Julie Ann Russell and Anna Patten scored the goals in front of a crowd of just over 18 thousand.

Montenegro, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Belarus, Slovenia, Romania, Albania and Greece are the potential opponents in that play off semi final when the draw is made on Friday.
