Warren Gatland has named his British and Irish Lions squad for the tour of South Africa.

Johnny Sexton misses out on a place in the 37-man squad through injury.

The Ireland captain has been on the sidelines since sustaining a concussion in Leinster's Champions Cup defeat of Exeter last month.

Scotland's Finn Russell, Wales' Dan Biggar and England's Owen Farrell are the out-halves.

The Irish players that have been included are Eadestown's Tadhg Beirne, Robbie Henshaw, Bundee Aki, Conor Murray, Jack Conan, Iain Henderson, Andrew Porter and Tadhg Furlong.
