Irish Sport for Palestine has written to the Minister after Basketball Ireland agreed to fulfil the fixture following discussions with the government department, players, coaches and Sport Ireland.
In the letter, Basketball Ireland, Sport Ireland and the government are accused of "sportswashing Israels genocide".
The letter is also signed by 70 TDs and 11 Senators and calls on the government to sign and ratify the Convention Against Apartheid in Sport.
