It continues to be a busy weekend for Kildare GAA teams.
 
Yesterday, the Kildare senior hurlers made it two wins from two in the Kehoe Cup.
 
The Lily Whites beat Down on a scoreline of 2-17 to 0-15.
 
The goals were supplied by Cian Boran and Jack Sheridan in the first half.

Next up for the Kildare hurlers is a home fixture in the third round against neighbours Meath next Saturday.
 
The winner of that match will be crowned champions of the Kehoe Cup.

Ladies Football
 
After last season's treble success, the Kildare ladies footballers begin their Division 2 league campaign today.
 
The All Ireland Intermediate Champions take on Monaghan at Manguard Park from 2pm.

It's All-Ireland Senior Club finals Day at Croke Park.

First up, St Thomas' of Galway play Kilkenny's O'Loughlin Gaels in the hurling decider.

That throws in at 1:30pm.

Then, Derry champions Glen face St Brigid's of Roscommon in the football decider from 3:30pm.
 
Sarsfield's clubman Brendan Cawley will referee that final.

Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle face a straight shootout with Sale Sharks in Pool 4 from 1pm.
