They've been found guilty of breaching the Premier League's Financial Fair Play rules
Everton have received a ten-point deduction after being found guilty of breaching the Premier League's Financial Fair Play rules.
The club had been under investigation for alleged breaches and a five-day hearing took place last month.
Everton have confirmed they intend to appeal against the decision and described it as 'a wholly disproportionate and unjust sporting sanction.'
The deduction is set to be applied immediately - leaving the Toffees joint-bottom of the Premier League on four points.
