The Irish Life Dublin Marathon Will No Longer Offer Priority Entry To Past Participants

Almost 70% of entries in recent years have gone to past participants according to its organisers.

The Irish Life Dublin Marathon will no longer offer priority entry to past participants.

All general entries for 2026 will be selected through a ballot system.

Almost 70% of entries in recent years have gone to past participants according to its organisers.

A €5 administration fee will apply to ballot entries but will be redeemable against the full €110 entry fee if successful however non-refundable if not.

The 2026 Irish Dublin Marathon through the ballot system will open on Wednesday November 12th at 7am until Monday November 17th.
