The first of 51 European Championship matches in 11 cities takes place tonight, as Italy face Turkey in Rome.

The Group A encounter starts at 8pm.

Italy won all their matches in qualifying while Turkey are managed by Senol Gunes who led them to the 2002 World Cup semi finals.
