There were a number of local hurling championship games played last night and the results are as follows:
In the UPMC Senior Championship Group B, Maynooth beat Coill Dubh 2-23 to 2-8 and Ardclough defeated Moorefield 4-27 to 1-21.
In the Senior B Championship, Clane beat St Laurence’s 1-20 to 9 points, Leixlip defeated Naas 2-15 to 1-14 and Broadford were 1-20 to 11 point winners over Kilcock.
In the Junior A semi-final Naas beat Wolfe Tones 3-21 to 1-5.
