There was finals in all six divisions of the Minor Football Summer League last night.

In Division 1 Round Towers 4.16 Kill 2.17.
Division 2 Oliver Plunketts 1.13 Athy 2.13.
Division 3 Kilcullen 1.14 Castledermot 3.12.
Division 4 Celbridge 2.7 Rathangan 4.21.
Division 5 St Edwards 13 points Aylmer Gaels 4.9.

SOCCER

There's a big night ahead for the three League of Ireland sides in Conference League action tonight.

Shelbourne hold a 5-2 lead from the first leg of their tie with Estonia's Kalju.

They resume in Tallinn at 5 o'clock Irish Time.

Derry City are at home to Croatian outfit Rijeka, bidding to overturn the 1-0 deficit from last week.

That's back underway at the Ryan McBride Brandywell from 6:30 and at 7, Bohemians head to Pristina with a 2-1 lead over Ballkani of Kosovo

FIFA president Gianni Infantino says plans to sell off stakes in its football competitions - including the World Cup - is "an opportunity but not an obligation".

UEFA nations will attend an emergency meeting today after the proposal caused much opposition.

The FAI is yet to release a statement on the plans.

GOLF

Anna Foster, Leona Maguire, and Kildare's Lauren Walsh are all in action on Day One of the Women's Open at Royal Lytham and St Anne's.

Maguire needs a strong showing this week to be in with a chance of making Team Europe for the Solheim Cup in September.

The Cavan golfer will get her campaign underway just after 2pm this afternoon.

Foster tees off just before 10:50am, while it's a 11:15am start for Walsh on the Lancashire course.

RACING

The prestigious Guinness Galway Hurdle is the feature on Day Four of the Galway Races.

The first of eight races goes to post at 2:10pm.
