Jake Morris, Andrew Ormond and John McGrath all make the cut in the forward line.
Beaten finalists Cork are represented by Sean O'Donoghue, Ciaran Joyce, Darragh Fitzgibbon and Brian Hayes.
Kilkenny's Mossy Keoghan and Huw Lawlor also make the team, with Cathal Mannion of Galway and Dublin forward Cian O'Sullivan making up the rest of the 15.
The football team will be revealed at tomorrow night's banquet at the RDS.
