Chairman Mickey Kerr says they won't make a decision until this weekend after a large number of the squad either contracted Covid-19 or were deemed close contacts.
The rearrangement of the fixture means the All Ireland senior football final has been moved to Saturday September 4th, the same day that the Republic of Ireland play Azerbaijan in Dublin.
Meanwhile, Cork have another hurling team in an All Ireland final.
The Rebel minors defeated Waterford by 1-26 to 1-15 in Thurles last night.
They will face either Kilkenny or Galway in the decider.
