Division B winners; unbeaten this season. 3 players gain Leinster selection
When Halverstown and North Kildare decided to join forces at Under13 Under15 levels for their respective Girls teams this season, no one was expecting silverware so soon.
The U13 team in particular has had an incredible season, going unbeaten and wrapping up the Division B title on Sunday as they beat Railway Union by an impressive 80 runs.
Players from both clubs have enjoyed a fantastic season with Anna Easdown, Stephanie Johnston and Lily Richardson all going on to play with Leinster representative teams in 2026.
The curtain is closing on the 2026 season, but planning has already started for 2027 and playing in the A League.

Cricket in mid and south Kildare has been kept alive for over 140 years by Halverstown Cricket Club, the last 30 of which have been in the beautiful setting of the Harristown Estate in Brannockstown.
However, the lease on the ground expires at the end of 2027 and concentrated attempts to find a new ground have been unsuccessful to date.
The club has over 100 youth members, both boys and girls comprising 5 youth teams, and has just started a women's team.
