Kick-off is at 5.30 in Affidea Stadium against Exeter Chiefs.
Ulster are back in European action this weekend as they take on Exeter Chiefs in the semi-finals of the EPCR Challenge Cup, with a place in the finals up for grabs.
Richie Murphy's side come in the game off the back of recent URC defeats to Leinster and Munster, but their European form has been more encouraging, including a strong quarter-final win over La Rochelle earlier this month.
Injuries have impacted Ulster in recent weeks, although a number of key players have returned to the squad.
Exeter also arrive in solid form, meaning Ulster will need a big performance if they are to reach their first European final since 2012.
