Villarreal Crowned Europa League Champions.

The Spanish side beat Manchester United in the decider last night.

Unai Emery last night surpassed Giovanni Trapattoni as the man to win the most Europa Leagues.

His fourth triumph in the competition came after a marathon penalty shoot-out win for Villareal over Manchester United.

Goalkeeper David De Gea had the decisive spot-kick saved by opposite number Geronimo Rulli, as the Spanish side prevailed 11-10.

After 120-minutes in Gdansk, it had finished 1-1.

It also means Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (pr: Sol-shar) is still waiting for his first trophy as United manager.
