There are five games down for decision in the Premier League tonight.

Erling Haaland may be rested for champions Manchester City, who host Nottingham Forest.

Leaders Arsenal will bid for five wins in a row against Aston Villa and Eddie Nketiah may get a start for the Gunners.

Wolves have signed striker Sasa Kalajdzic from Stuttgart.

The Austria international has agreed a five year contract and joins the Premier League club in a deal thought to be worth approximately £15 million.

His move is subject to him being granted a visa and work permit.


Wolves are away to Bournemouth this evening.

Spurs go to West Ham and Liverpool entertain Newcastle United at Anfield.

Darwin Nunez remains banned for the Reds, while Alexander Isak could make his debut for Newcastle if he receives his work permit in time.

RUGBY

The IRFU's confirmed an Emerging Ireland squad will play three games in South Africa.

Simon Easterby will take charge, while Paul O'Connell, Mike Catt and John Fogarty will also be part of the coaching staff.

The 35 player squad will play three Currie Cup teams across a nine day period, starting with a game against the Griquas on the 30th of September.

That will be followed by a meeting with the Pumas on the 5th of October and the last game is against the Cheetahs on the 9th of October

All three games will be played in Bloemfontein.

TENNIS

At the US Open, Serena Williams is in action in the early hours against Annet Kontaveit.
