The GAA will tell an Oireachtas Commitee today that broadcasting every inter county game is 'not realistic', following the controversy over the airing of certain high profile championship matches behind the subscription paywall GAA GO this year.
It will add that the games offered on GAA GO would have previously have been on Sky TV or more probably not shown at all.
Meanwhile, women's football and camogie players including Kildare's, will not do any media events with the LGFA and Camogie Association for the rest of the Championship.
The players are protesting a lack of progress around player welfare issues as they seek equity with their male counterparts.
