Police in the US state of Arizona say at least two people are dead, several are injured and at least two children are missing following a shooting rampage in Tuscon overnight.
The ordeal unfolded when a 35 year old man shot at an ambulance responding to a call - injuring two paradedics, one critically.
The suspect then shot and killed a man and injured two others at a nearby house fire.
A body was also found inside the house, and two or three children who are believed to live there, are missing.
