Inside a police bomb disposal truck
At least 17 people have been injured after an explosion inside a Police Bomb Disposal truck in Los Angeles.
Officers were called to deal with illegal fireworks at a residence, where improvised explosives were also found.
10 of those injured were responding officers, and 7 civilians.

The LAPD Chief, Michael Moore, says "something happened" inside the containment vehicle that shouldn't have, but it's not clear why:
