Alleged victim claims Dylan "exploited his status as a musician"
Bob Dylan has been accused of grooming a 12-year-old girl before sexually abusing her in 1965.
The lawsuit alleges the apparent victim feels "emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day."
The 68 year-old woman, identified only as J.C. in the suit, alleges Dylan "exploited his status as a musician" to gain her trust & "obtain control over her".
The suit claims the singer plied her with drink and drugs over a 6-week period.
Representatives for the 80-year-old singer, have denied the allegations, saying they are "untrue" and will be "vigorously defended".
