Writing in today's Belfast Telegraph

The British Prime Minister says he is dropping plans for an amnesty for prosecutions during the Troubles.

Writing in the Belfast Telegraph today, Boris Johnson says he will introduce measures in the House of Commons this week to deal with legacy issues.

But, Mr. Johnson says there will be no "blanket amnesty" - after he listened to people's concerns.

Britain's Prime Minister says the new measures are different from those announced last year.
