Queen's second son has always denied accusations
Britain's Prince Andrew has to respond to sexual assault claims made by an American woman by the end of the day.
Virginia Giuffre has accused the Duke of York of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager.
The royal has always denied the allegations.
Earlier this month London's Metropolitan Police confirmed they are taking no further action after reviewing allegations connected to Queen Elizabeth's second son, and convicted sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The force had assessed a document released in August, as part of Ms. Giuffre's US legal case against the Duke of York.
