The Northern Ireland Troubles Bill
The UK Government is to introduce legislation on legacy killings in the north today.
The Northern Ireland Troubles Bill will include an amnesty for people who cooperate with a group, set up to establish murders during the period.
Prosecutions will still be possible where people are not deemed to have earned their immunity.
The legislation also includes plans to produce a history of the Troubles in Northern Ireland.
