Britney Spears has asked for a new conservator to oversee her affairs after previously telling a court she wanted her father removed from the role.
Her new lawyer is describing the current legal arrangement as "increasingly toxic" and requested the singer's accountant Jason Rubin takes over control of her financial estate.
Legal documents show she has around 2-point-3 million euro in cash and more than 46 million in assets
