The European Medicines Agency says it is not in a position to make a recommendation on the use of different Covid-19 vaccines, for a second dose.
Europe's health regulator has acknowledged interim studies from Spain, Germany and the UK, show good immune response and no safety concerns.
However it says more data is expected and will be reviewed on availability.
Dr. Marco Cavaleri, of the EMA, says for now they cannot make a recommendation:
