A lawyer representing a Virgina Giuffre, who has taken legal action against Britain's Prince Andrew over alleged historical sexual abuse, says the Prince's legal team have "refused to engage in any discussion"
Lawyer David Boies claims the Duke of York assaulted Ms. Giuffre when she was 17, says the 61 year-old has "stonewalled" appeals for information.
The Queen's second son has always denied any wrongdoing.
Due to the case being a civil lawsuit, not criminal, Andrew cannot be extradited to the US.
