It will lead to the release of 50 women and children in return for Palestinian prisoners
Israel and Hamas have agreed to a four day ceasefire - which will lead to the release of 50 women and children in return for Palestinian prisoners.
It's been approved by Israel's government - and could even be extended.
The agreement will also see many Palestinians held in Israeli prisons being freed.
Hamas says its hands 'remain on the trigger', while Israel's also promising to 'complete the elimination' of the militant group.
Hundreds of humanitarian aid trucks are expected to enter parts of Gaza during the pause in fighting.
