Man arrested believed to be intended target
Detectives investigating the killing of a nine-year-old girl in Liverpool, have made an arrest.
A 35-year-old man, believed to have been the intended target of the shooting, is being held on suspicion of breaching his prison release terms - but will also be questioned about what happened on Monday night.
Olivia Pratt-Korbel had been standing behind her mum, when a chase found its way into her home.
