Virginia Giuffre alleges the Prince sexually assaulted her when she was 17
London's Metropolitan Police are taking no further action after reviewing allegations connected to Britain's Prince Andrew, and convicted sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The force has assessed a document released in August, as part of Virginia Giuffre's US legal case against the Duke of York.
Ms. Guiffre is suing him for allegedly sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager - which the royal strongly denies.
In August, a lawyer representing a Virgina Giuffre, said the Prince's legal team had "refused to engage in any discussion"
Saying the the 61 year-old had "stonewalled" appeals for information.
The Queen's second son has always denied any wrongdoing.
Due to the case being a civil lawsuit, not criminal, Andrew cannot be extradited to the US.
