Visually impaired athlete hit by vehicle last week
Toyota is resuming operations of its self-driving cars at the Paralympic Games village in Tokyo following an incident.
Services were halted after a vehicle hit a visually impaired athlete last week.
The athlete was not seriously injured, but had to pull out of an event due to cuts and bruising.
The cars will now have more operator control and extra staff.
