Employees and visitors will be barred from Morgan Stanley's offices in New York if they are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
The move is set to take effect from the 12th of July, as the firm prepares for the return of staff to offices from September.
The Financial Times reports unvaccinated employees will have to continue to work remotely.
The new company policy also means Covid-19 related restrictions will be removed, such as the wearing of face coverings & the maintaining of physical distancing.
