CAB officers seized more than half a million euro by freezing 17 accounts
Two men have been arrested in connection with a major operation by Gardai and the Criminal Assets Bureau in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
CAB officers seized more than half a million euro by freezing 17 accounts and 50 thousand euro in cash.
Six cars and a number of luxury items, including eight Rolex watches, two Chanel bags and a Canada Goose jacket were also seized.
150 officers were involved in the search of eight homes and two business locations earlier today.
Two men aged 19 and 40 were arrested in relation to theft and fraud offences.
They're currently being questioned at Tallaght Garda Station in Dublin.
