Customs Officers detected 2 vehicles being driven with green diesel, and issued fines of €2,000.
2 motorists were arrested for drug driving offences at Naas Roads Policing Unit multi-agency checkpoints.
They took place in Monasterevin and Kilcock yesterday, in partnership with the RSA, and Customs & Excise.
4 vehicles were seized from unaccompanied learners, some of whom had not displayed L plates.
Gardai say a court appearance will follow in some cases.
