There's been a 20% fall in the number of homes sold in Kildare.
Data on the Property Price Register for May shows 82 home sales were completed in the county last month,
In contrast, 102 sales were completed in Kildare in May of 2020.
Over 10% of the homes sold in the county last month, 10 in all, went for over €500,000.
One home achieved just shy of €1 million.
