41 admitted patients were waiting on trolleys at Naas General Hospital, at 8am Tuesday morning.
Naas General had the highest number of people waiting on trolleys throughout Ireland's hospital system.
Nationally, 420 admitted patients were awaiting beds this morning, according to the INMO's Trolley Watch Figures.
320 patients were waiting in hospital emergency departments, while 100 were in wards elsewhere in hospitals.
