The landholding is located near Johnstown
A 34.39-hectare (85-acre) landholding on the outskirts of Naas, Co Kildare, has gone on the market with potential for future residential or mixed-use development, according to The Irish Times.
Located beside the M7 motorway and close to Johnstown, the site is being offered for sale by Coonan Property at a guide price of €4 million.
The lands border the Johnstown Manor housing estate to the north and a proposed greenbelt to the west, with three access points — two through Johnstown Manor and one off the L6035 Johnstown–Furness Road.
Johnstown, about 2km north of Naas and 25km from Dublin city centre, is a well-established residential area served by schools, restaurants, pubs, sports facilities, and nearby shopping in Naas and Newbridge.
