A three day blood donation drive begins in Maynooth today.
It is being hosted by the Irish Blood Transfusion Service in the Glenroyal Hotel.
Donations are being accepted today, on Tuesday and on Wednesday, between 3.45pm and 8 O'clock.
IBTS says, however, that intending donors must make an appointment before attending the clinic.
