The Curragh Family Resource Centre Provides Training.
This week marks Adult Learner's Festival, a nationwide celebration of Adult learning.
There are information sessions, taster workshops and sample lectures taking place.
In County Kildare, The Curragh Family Resource Centre provides this resource to residents across the county
It works towards harnessing the community spirit, to inform, empower and support the community in its entirety to continue to make the Family Resource Centre a friendly place for all.
Curragh Family Resource Centre are part of the National Family Resource Centre Programme and are funded by TUSLA.
It provides a wide range of services, programmes and events such as therapy, family support, FLOURISH Youth Resilience programme, social groups, afterschool clubs, baby wobbler & toddler group, parenting support & workshops, information and advice.
It also runs Training & Educational Courses, Community Events and have a Community Garden and Children’s Sensory Garden.
The centre is located at 1 Griffith Road & McSwiney Road, in the Curragh Camp.
