KCC is due to issue its decision in November.
An extension of the life-time of planning permission is being sought for a North Kildare housing project.
Welconcorde Property Limited already has planning permission for 68 homes and a commercial building on a site at Tipperstown in Ardclough.
However, that appears to be close to expiring.
KCC will issue its decision on the application to extend the duration of the permission on November 10th.
The development description is as follows:
"Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. No. 06/2925 - 68 dwellings units and a commercial building as follows: 1no. terrace block consisting of 6no. 2 storey houses, 3no. terrace blocks consisting of 5no. 2 storey houses, 10no. semi-detached 2 storey houses, 37no. 2 storey detached houses etc"
