Kildare County Council has launched a public consultation.
Details of the Athgarvan Urban Design Analysis and Sample Renewal Plans have been released.
They are part of the town's Draft Town Renewal Plan
The nationwide Town and Village Renewal Scheme was introduced in 2016 and is one of a series of government measures designed to rejuvenate rural towns and villages
476 local people took part in the consultation which informed the development of this plan.
Kildare County Council is inviting residents' feedback on the proposals, and the deadline for submissions is August 19th.
