Essential bridge rehabilitation works have commenced on the M7, Newhall Overbridge beside the Bundle of Sticks roundabout.
The major bridge rehabilitation works, which are being funded by Transport Infrastructure Ireland, will consist of bridge deck re-waterproofing, resurfacing and parapet upgrades work.
A shared cycleway & footway is also being constructed to facilitate a future active travel route across the M7 motorway
To facilitate the works, a road closure in one direction only, will be in place.
It is envisaged that works will be complete by the end of December 2023.
