Burst Water Main Causes Supply Disruptions To Allen, Allenwood, Derrinturn, Prosperous & Kilmeague.

Repairs are underway to rectify the issue.

Repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Allen, Allenwood, Derrinturn, Coill Dubh, Prosperous, Kilmeague and surrounding areas tonight and tomorrow.

Works are scheduled to take place until 3pm tomorrow afternoon.

Operations Lead for Uisce Éireann, Kevin Love, said: “Uisce Éireann understands the inconvenience when a burst occurs and we would like to thank impacted customers in advance for their patience while we work to complete the repairs and restore normal supply as quickly as possible.”

Uisce Eireann recommends that you allow 2-3 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.
