The average time for a property to go sale agreed in the county after being placed up for sale now stands at just over three months.
Property prices in Kildare have risen by €20,000 in the last year.
A MyHome Property Price Report for Q4 2025 shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €330,000. That means prices have stayed flat over the quarter.
Asking prices for a 3-bed semi-detached house in the county rose by €15,000 in the last year to €315,000.
Meanwhile, the asking price for a 4-bed semi-detached house in Kildare rose by €25,050 in the last year to €395,000.
There were 540 properties for sale in Kildare at the end of Q4 2025 - a decrease of 8% over the quarter.
