The Celbridge area code W23 was the third most expensive area code outside of Dublin, the median price of a house in this area was €391,875.
Outside of Dublin the most expensive Eircode area over the last twelve months was A63 'Greystones', with a median price of €499,950.
The second most expensive Eircode area was A98 'Bray', where the median price was €430,000.
In County Kildare, in the year to March, house prices in the 'Celbridge' area code remained the highest in the county.
The second most expensive was the 'Naas' area code W91, where the median house price was €347,000.
The 'Newbridge' W12 area code was the third most expensive in the county, with the median house price standing at €329,999.
Followed by the 'Curragh' R65, 'Kildare' R51 €280,000, and 'Monasterevin' W34 €272,000.
The least expensive Eircode areas over the last 12 months was F45 'Castlerea', with a median price of €112,250.
The second least expensive Eircode area was H14 'Belturbet', where the median price was €116,500.
The third least expensive Eircode area was F35 'Ballyhaunis', with a median price of €117,500.
New figures from the Central Statistics Office show that residential property prices hit a fresh seven-year high of 15.2% in March.
This compares to an increase of 15.1% in the year to February and an increase of 3.5% the same time last year.
