Kfm understands that it is the only hub that will open in the county.

Power and water outages are still affecting many households across the county, particularly in the northwest of the county.

The areas around Clogherinkoe and Clonuff are among the hardest hit.

To support residents, Clogherinkoe GAA Club will open its doors this evening at 7:00 p.m., offering a vital community hub where people can charge phones, hot drinks, and access shower facilities.

Members of the Defence Forces continue to assist the ESB in restoring power to customers impacted by Storm Eowyn.

Around 246 thousand homes and businesses are in the dark across the country, with a large number not expected to be back until this weekend.
