Following high demand for Phase One, Clúid Housing has opened applications for 14 new Cost Rental apartments and duplexes at Páirc na Manach, Newbridge.
Applications opened at 9am this morning.
Interested applicants can register their interest for six three-bed duplexes, seven two-bed apartments and one one-bed apartment.
Clúid Housing says rent is 25% less than the market rate for similar properties in the area, with the one-bed apartment costing €1,118 per month, a two-bed apartment costing €1,267 and a three-bed duplex costing €1,416.
They are part of the wider Páirc na Manach estate, developed by Montane, and are within walking distance of Newbridge town centre.
