Council Diverts €17K Carbury Castle Resoration Funding To Christmas Lights - Maynooth Gets Lion's Share

€11,000 has been assigned to Maynooth, as part of €17,000 redistributed from the Carbury Castle Restoration Project under Local Property Tax rules.

Maynooth is set to receive the largest share of new festive funding, after councillors in the Clane–Maynooth Municipal District approved a reallocation of money to support Christmas lights.

Kilcock will receive €4,000, while Newtown and Straffan will each get €1,000.
