Gardaí are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage from the area between 5.30 and 6.30pm to contact Naas Garda Station or the Garda Confidential Line.
Gardaí are investigating a serious single-vehicle crash in Dunlavin.
It happened at Grange Beg on Wednesday evening at around 6.25pm.
A woman in her 20s, who was a passenger in the car, was taken to Tallaght University Hospital with serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
A man, also in his 20s, was arrested at the scene but has since been released without charge.
