Cyber Attack On The HSE Continues To Impact Kildare Health Services.

Most community health services are operation, but some appointments at Naas General remain cancelled.

All blood test and outpatient radiology appointments at Naas General are cancelled, as a result of last week's cyber attack on the HSE.

Naas General says "If you have an outpatient radiology or blood test appointment, do not attend. We cannot contact you directly."

Emergency services are operating as normal but the emergency department (ED) is very busy. There are delays for patients who need non-urgent care.

Naas General Hospital can be contacted between 8.30am and 5pm on 045 849 910.

Most community health services such as disability, mental health, primary care and older people’s services are operating as normal.

 The HSE says "Go to any appointments you have at health centres, mental health clinics and disability services unless they are listed as cancelled. We will contact you if there is any change."

Audiology services remain cancelled.

Adult safeguarding service are available on 087 771 0213.

Dental clinics are going ahead, but it may not be possible to provide all planned treatment as staff do not have access to dental records, the HSE asks patients to phone their clinic for advice

While all email systems are down across CHO7, which serves Kildare, West Wicklow and South Dublin
