The Department of Integration are in the final stages of discussions with the owners of Kill Equestrian centre, with the view to house Ukrainian refugees at the site.
Members of the Kill Residents group were notified of the news in recent days.
Kfm understands that 165 people will be housed at the facility in Kill once it is renovated.
